In-Stock Guarantee

Q: How do I know if an item is actually in stock?
A: If it's on our site, it's on our shelf! That means it’s in stock and ready to ship. We don’t sell what we don’t have.

Q: What happens if something I order goes out of stock before it ships?
A: It won’t. Our inventory system is live and accurate. If it shows available, it's in our warehouse and ready to go. 

Shipping and Delivery

Q: How fast will my order ship?
A: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST typically ship same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST ship the next business day.

Q: Can I pick up my order at a race event you're attending?
A: Absolutely. Contact us before placing your order to coordinate event pickup. We'll confirm everything and have your parts ready at the event.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging. 

Q: Are there any items that can't be returned?
A: Yes. Electrical parts, custom orders, and special race-prepped components are non-returnable.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A: Contact us immediately by info@utvraceshop.com, Live Chat on our website, or phone. Once an order has been packed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.
