J.JUAN of Spain—owned by Brembo—was the first company to deliver a true big brake kit specifically engineered for the Can-Am Maverick X3. Backed by extensive engineering, laboratory testing, and real-world race validation (including multiple Dakar Rally wins), J.JUAN has now developed a Racing Performance Brake Line Kit designed to meet the demands of the most extreme conditions.

Trusted by numerous MotoGP teams, J.JUAN Racing Performance Brake Lines are engineered for ultra-low expansion under pressure, ensuring maximum brake fluid transfer from the master cylinder directly to the caliper for a firmer, more consistent pedal feel.

This kit features J.JUAN’s Hy-Braid Blue Series, a patented connection technology that seamlessly integrates hard lines with ULTRA-LOW EXPANSION Blue Series flexible lines. The system is specifically designed to withstand extreme heat and the harshest racing environments.

In addition, the kit uses Inox (stainless) steel fittings, which are lighter, stronger, and highly resistant to corrosion.

All brake line kits are built to order at J.JUAN’s Racing Department at their Barcelona HQ, 100% pressure tested, and supplied with copper crush washers for proper installation.

While originally designed to complement the J.JUAN Can-Am X3 Big Brake Kit, this brake line kit can also be used as a high-performance replacement for OEM brake lines.
