How do I know if an item is actually in stock?

If it's on our site, it's on our shelf in stock and ready to ship! With our Live Inventory, you can have piece of mind and confidence that when you purchase from us, it can ship within 24 hours.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST typically ship same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST ship the next business day.

Can I pick up my order at a race event you're attending?

Absolutely. Contact us before placing your order to coordinate event pickup. We'll confirm everything and have your parts ready at the event.

What is your return policy?

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging. 

Are there any items that can't be returned?

Yes. Electrical parts, custom orders, and special race-prepped components are non-returnable.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately by info@utvraceshop.comLive Chat on our website, or phone. Once an order has been packed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.

I'm not sure if a part will fit my UTV. Can you help?

Absolutely! Reach out to us by info@utvraceshop.comLive Chat on our site, or give us a call. We'll double-check fitment to make sure you're getting exactly what you need for your machine.

I need an Invoice for my order. How can I get one?

After your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will see on the confirmation email an option to download the invoice. If for any reason your email isn't in your inbox, you can use your email in the profile to pull up your recent orders. Click on the order you need the invoice for and you will see a button to download the invoice.

How do I know if a part fits my specific model/year?

Each product page includes a fitment guide by the description. For year specific fitment check the product description.

Do you have installation instructions for certain products?

We do have a couple of options for installation instructions. Either video instructions are available on our website under the product itself or on our Youtube page. Other instructions will be a downloadable PDF under the product description.



Shipping Information

Shipping policy

All orders placed before 12:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the same day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. All orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will ship the next business day. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Various products are eligible for Free Shipping or Free Two-Day Shipping, noted on the product page. Other shipping rates and estimates will be calculated at checkout. 

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Pflugerville, Texas location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours (usually same day). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-5pm on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping from DHL or Fedex. Rates will be calculated at checkout.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@utvraceshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
