Engineered for precision, strength, and long-lasting performance, the Pro Tie Rod Kit for the Can-Am Maverick R features tie rods made from 1.25" 7075 aluminum, anodized black for durability and a clean finish. These rods are compatible with either OEM outer tie rod ends or CT Race Worx Chromoly Outer Tie Rod Ends.

At the core of the system is a custom 7075 aluminum steering shuttle, anodized for added protection. It converts the OEM inner tie rod setup to a clevis-style mount, utilizing premium 3/4" FK rod ends and 17-4 heat-treated bolts for superior strength and performance.

The integrated nut capture plates ensure critical hardware stays secure—eliminating the risk of bolts backing out from the steering rack or tie rods during aggressive driving.

The Steering Shuttle is designed different between the 2024 models and the 2025+ models.

2024 models can reuse the stock bolt that attaches the steering flag to the rack.

2025 and newer models must use the supplied bolt to attach the flag to the steering rack.

All parts except the FK rod ends have a lifetime warranty. FK JMXL12T Rod Ends are wearable items.

This 100% bolt-on system delivers a major improvement in steering performance, drastically reducing feedback through the wheel and cutting down on driver fatigue. While it's race-proven, it’s equally effective for trail riders looking for smoother, more controlled handling and a more enjoyable ride.

By absorbing the large impacts that normally transfer into the steering system, this upgrade also helps to extend the life of your steering rack and DPS unit, protecting critical components from long-term wear and damage.

At the heart of the system is a customized FOX Factory Series ATS steering damper, specifically shortened to match the Maverick R’s steering rack travel. CT Raceworx designed an all-new symmetrical piston for equal damping in both left and right directions, ensuring balanced control under all conditions.

After extensive testing and fine-tuning, the damper features 24 clicks of external adjustability, giving riders the flexibility to dial in performance for everything from high-speed desert racing to technical trail crawling.

Optional: CT Race Worx Chromoly Outer Tie Rod Ends

Designed specifically for the Can-Am Maverick R, they eliminate common steering issues with a rugged, precision-machined construction.

Each tie rod end is crafted from 4140 pre-heat-treated chromoly for maximum strength-to-cost efficiency and finished with a durable yellow zinc plating to resist corrosion. They’re equipped with premium 3/4" FK WSSX12T uniballs and 303 stainless steel spacers, making them ready for the most brutal terrain.
