The ZRP Maverick R Engine AN Fittings Kit with 16AN fittings includes the Billet AN Water Pump Cover, Engine Water Outlet, Engine Outlet to AN8, and the Transmission Oil Cooler Adapter. It saves you money by buying the kit over individual items.

Billet AN Water Pump Cover:

Our time in racing has taught us that slip fits and hose clamps cannot be trusted to keep the water where it belongs. INSIDE YOUR ENGINE! This high -quality billet 6061 aluminum constructed water pump cover allows you to convert the cooling system over to a thread on AN16 style fitting giving you the ultimate in reliability. AN fittings were originally used in the aerospace industry and were hence designed to meet very strict performance standards for reliability and serviceability far beyond what a rubber hose and clamp can provide.

Engine Water Outlet:

The billet aluminum Engine Water Outlet replaces the stock Maverick R water outlet to convert to AN16 fitting.

Engine Outlet To AN8:

The billet aluminum Engine Outlet replaces the stock Maverick R engine outlet to convert to AN8 fitting.

Transmission Oil Cooler Adapter:

The ZRP Maverick R Transmission Oil Cooler Adapter is designed to add a external oil cooler and eliminates the OEM transmission radiator for transmission cooling. It blocks off the coolant from going to the transmission. It uses a male AN10 treads.
