We’re looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing & Media Coordinator to take our brand to the next level. This person will lead the charge in content creation, social media strategy, product marketing, campaign execution, and digital growth initiatives.
You’ll be the bridge between our brand and the off-road world—telling our story, growing our following, and producing high-impact visuals that showcase who we are and what we stand for.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Shoot, edit, and publish product and lifestyle photos and videos
- Create social-first content including Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and TikToks
- Assist with product videos, installation guides, and brand features
- Marketing Strategy
- Plan and execute monthly marketing calendars
- Develop campaigns around product launches, racing events, and brand initiatives
- Collaborate with Business Development on sponsorships, promotions, and activations
- Social Media Management
- Manage daily posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Engage with fans, racers, and customers to grow community and brand loyalty
- Track analytics and report on growth, reach, and campaign performance
- Email & Website
- Build and send email blasts using Mailchimp or a similar platform
- Work with the web team to update product banners, collection pages, and blog posts
Requirements
- 2+ years in a marketing, media, or content creation role (off-road or motorsports industry a big plus)
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube Studio, and email platforms
- Photography and video experience (studio + action preferred)
- Ability to write copy that is engaging, on-brand, and conversion-driven
- Familiarity with the UTV/racing scene is strongly preferred
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics and Mailchimp.
- Graphic design and motion graphics
- SEO/blog writing experience
- Knowledge of product marketing and e-commerce merchandising
