We’re looking for a knowledgeable and friendly Customer Support & Product Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—answering product questions, processing orders, troubleshooting fitment, and ensuring every customer has a great experience with our brand.
This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about off-road vehicles, understands the UTV world, and enjoys helping people find the right gear for their build.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and website chats in a professional and timely manner
- Help customers with product recommendations, order status, fitment guidance, and returns
- Maintain a solid understanding of our parts catalog and key products
- Communicate with our warehouse team to ensure accurate fulfillment and resolve shipping issues
- Assist with processing returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
- Update product listings with accurate fitment notes and answers to FAQs
- Work with the marketing team to provide real-time customer feedback for future improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service or sales experience (preferably in motorsports or specifically UTV)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of UTVs, off-road vehicles, and performance parts
- Comfortable using platforms like Shopify, ShipStation, and email/ticketing systems
- Problem-solver with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have
- Experience in UTV Racing
- Familiarity with Can-Am, Polaris and other brands of UTVs.
- Previous experience working in a shop or dealership environment
