Fortin X3 Gearbox Racing Output Shaft Seal

Fortin X3 Gearbox Output Shafts use a special seal. There are two generations of Fortin Output shafts and each uses its unique shaft seal.

Shafts made before June 2023 use Generation 1 Shaft Seal

Shafts made after June 2023 use Generation 2 Shaft Seal (Vinton Seal)

These seals are physically very distinctive, so if you're not sure which Fortin Shaft you have, just look at the seal. Neither seal will work with the other generation shaft and will not work with the stock BRP shaft.
