E2R Can-Am Maverick R 1″ Shaft Conversion Upgrade Kit for Fox IBP 3.0 Shocks

Double E Racing is excited to bring you the ultimate Can-Am Maverick R Rear 1-Inch Shaft Upgrade Kit. Specifically designed for the 3.0 Internal Bypass shocks, this kit addresses several common OEM shock issues, providing enhanced durability and performance for racers and hard-driving enthusiasts.

Please note: This kit is compatible with 3.0 Internal Bypass shocks only. A kit for the 2.5 QS3 shocks is coming soon. We currently do not have plans to offer shafts for Smart Shocks.

• (2) 1-inch 17-4 Hard Chrome Rebound Shafts
• (2) 7075 Aluminum Double E Racing-Designed Seal Heads
• (2) 7075 1-inch Eyelets (bored for 1-inch shafts)
• (2) 7075 3.75-inch Spring Retainers
• (2) Double E Racing-Designed Top-Out Springs for 1-inch Shafts
• (2) Top-Out Spring Washers
• (4) Upper Shock Eye High-Misalignment Spacers

• Runs a 1-inch long DU bushing, doubling lateral stability and shear strength compared to the 0.5-inch OEM bushing.
• Built-in stop for the DU bushing, preventing damage to the main seal and reducing leaks.

Improved Durability and Flexibility:

• One-piece seal head design eliminates the press-in dust cap, solving:
  • Caps falling out under harsh impacts.
  • Dirt and mud accumulation causing leaks.
• Supports shock tuners by enabling bypass tube removal, allowing conversion to a traditional shock setup with a standard piston (available from Double E Racing).

Extended Compressed Length:

• Adds ~0.25-inch to the compressed length, minimizing the risk of framing out during intense racing conditions.
