2025 Can Am Maverick R Inner Tie Rod and Flag Kit - CA Technologies

Through extensive testing, CA Technologies have developed a high-quality, extremely durable tie rod kit designed to withstand the demands of competitive off-road racing. This system has successfully completed multiple races across several premier series, including Ultra4, Best In The Desert (BITD), and Champ Off-Road.

The kit features an inner steering rack flag that converts the factory inner ball-and-socket joint to a simple heim joint design, reducing wear while increasing reliability. The steering rack flag is precision-machined from billet 7075 aluminum for exceptional strength and durability.

Our inner tie rod is machined from 1.5-inch 7075 aluminum and finished to an industry-leading 1.31-inch outside diameter. This larger, stronger design provides a significant advantage over competing tie rods, making it one of the most robust options available on the market.

This kit includes all necessary hardware, FK heim joints, and spacers required for installation.

The inner tie rods utilize the same thread size and pitch as OEM components, ensuring 100% compatibility with factory steering components as well as compatible aftermarket systems.

Notes: This kit is designed to fit the 2025 Can Am Maverick R's as the steering rack is different on all three years of the Maverick R's.

Steering stabilizer is not included and can be purchased separately.
