This rebuild kit is designed only for Teixeira Tech A-arms used on the Can-Am X3 (not stock arms).
Typical contents per kit (for one A-arm):
Delrin bushings – low-friction, wear-resistant suspension bushings
Chromoly pivot pins – stronger than standard steel
O-rings – help seal out dirt and keep grease in
⚠️ Important:
1 kit rebuilds 1 A-arm only.
A full X3 typically has 4 A-arms, so you may need 4 kits if rebuilding the entire front suspension.
After pressing the Delrin bushings into the A-arm, they can become slightly out of round due to the press fit.
Using an 18 mm hand reamer:
Restores the perfect round internal diameter
Ensures the chromoly pivot pin slides smoothly
Reduces binding and premature wear
Helps the bushings last longer and move freely

Press in the new Delrin bushings into the A-arm.
Use an 18 mm hand reamer to lightly ream the inside of the bushings.
Test-fit the chromoly pivot pin so it slides smoothly.
Install the O-rings.
Grease and reinstall the A-arm onto the chassis mounts.
💡 The reaming step is important—skipping it can cause tight suspension movement or squeaking.
✅ Quick tip: When reaming Delrin bushings, turn the reamer slowly by hand with cutting oil or light lubricant to avoid removing too much material.
