A single tie rod bolt

Paid for 2 day shipping. I believe it took 5 days for it to actually ship and I recieved it in 7 days. Standard shipping would have been faster

Hi Jason,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m sorry the wait felt longer than you expected. I took a look at your order to see what happened.
Your order came in Thursday evening, October 8th, at 5:29 PM CST and shipped out the next day, Friday, October 9th. 2-Day shipping counts business days only, so the weekend doesn’t count toward transit time. That puts a Friday shipment on schedule for delivery the following Tuesday, October 13th, which is exactly when your package arrived.
I understand that the weekend can make it feel like more than two days. Standard shipping wouldn’t have arrived any sooner in this case, but I know that’s frustrating when you’re waiting on a part. If you ever need something by a specific date, give us a call before you order and we’ll help you choose the fastest option.
We appreciate your business, Jason, and we hope you’ll give us another shot!
